"I rode in to the dealership Tuesday evening at 5:00 PM, 400 miles from home and a bald front tire. Yeah, it was bad when I left home, but the mountain touring had made it dangerous, and I was sweating bullets with rain predicted, and a tire really unsafe. The parts guy said he had the unusual front tire for my '08 Stratoliner in stock (Surprise) but the mechanics had gone home and they would be closed the next day. After hearing my predicament, he went to the service manager who found a mechanic still on the lot. They mounted and balanced my new tire, and I was on the road 34 minutes after I had arrived! Unreal. I mean, seriously. Everybody was GREAT and friendly and helpful, and CHEERFUL even though they were ready to go HOME and I cruise in at the last minute. Atlas absolutely ROCKS! THANK YOU, guys!
